Bill would make Trafficking Minors First Degree Felony

“Ellis’ legislation, House Bill 2016, would make the sex trafficking of minors in Pennsylvaniaa first-degree felony. It’s now only a third-degree felony to exploit a child to sex trafficking in the state. It also states that a parent who subjects a minor to commercial sex purposes would be charged with a first-degree felony.”
