INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE MISSION DAY
THURSDAY, October 23rd
Kathy Stout-Labauve, Aftercare Specialist, is coming from International
Justice Mission in Washington D.C. to UNC’s campus! Don’t miss the 2
exciting events on this day:
Join us for lunch! Kathy will talk with us about the medical and
psychological consequences of trafficking, forced labor, land grabbing,
and child sexual abuse. Come learn as Kathy shares specific case
examples of her work in Aftercare. 12:00 PM-1:00 PM. Bondurant G010 (on
the UNC med school campus on Columbia St). All are welcome.
Join us also for the special evening event! Kathy will speak about the
role of IJM in fighting slavery, sexual exploitation, & other forms of
violent oppression. It will be an excellent talk for graduate and
professional students of all disciplines. Don’t miss this unique
opportunity to hear how she works with IJM as an agent of change to
provide care and fight against injustice. Everyone is welcome. Light
refreshments will be provided. 7:00 PM-8:30 PM. Kerr Hall Room 1001 (in
the School of Pharmacy, also on Columbia St. directly across from the
med school campus).
